anointing of the sick

Anointing of the Sick is available to all. To make arrangements to receive this Sacrament please contact the parish office.

Please keep in mind that hospital staff are not able to inquire if you are Catholic.  It is recommended that you have a card on your person indicating that you are Catholic and that if you are in danger of death to contact a priest.  If you are planning for surgery, it is spiritually advantageous to contact your parish priest to arrange to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick before being admitted to the hospital. Once in the hospital, should you wish to see a priest, you can contact us directly or you can make a request either through the nursing staff or the Hospital Chaplain.
